Shots fired at boat probed
Police in Nova Scotia are asking the public for information as they continue to investigate a report of shots fired at a fishing boat near Martinique on Cape Breton Island. The RCMP says it received a complaint Dec. 8 and learned the vessel was near Lennox Passage Provincial Park at the time of the shooting. It says four shots were fired from land toward the boat, landing in the water just off the vessel’s bow.
