Madison Chard last seen April 19

Port Hope police said Wednesday they have information that missing woman Madison Chard may be the victim of human trafficking. Chard, 29, has been missing for almost a month after she left her Port Hope home on April 19 and has not been located since. Police believe she may be in Oshawa, Toronto or Montreal. She is described as white, five foot seven inches tall and 120 pounds. She has blond hair and tattoos on her left and right hands, neck, abdomen, both hips, left thigh and right ankle. She was wearing a beige threequarter-length camouflage jacket with pink lining and black running shoes.
