City closing two streets

Two street reconstruction projects are scheduled to take place in Peterborough during overnight hours starting Monday and continuing until Oct. 12. Starting at 9 p.m. each night until 7 a.m. each morning the street closures will be in place on Lansdowne Street between Park Street and Monaghan Road, and on Fairbairn Street between Wolsely Street and McCrae Drive. Work will take place overnight and the roads will reopen each morning, according to the city. Detour routes will be posted.
